What are some alternatives to wearing a bra? Why do some women feel pressure to wear bras even though there may not be any benefits?

It all depends on how big your boobs are. If you have small boobs like an A or B cup then you can probably not have to wear a bra. For those of us who are C cup or higher (I am an H) it is a need. When at home I typically do not wear a bra. Granted if I am cleaning or anything physical I have a bra on. I always have one on when I walk out the door. I need the support. While I like my boobs I do not want or need them flopping around. That hurts and causes unwanted attention brought to me.
